Meet Phoenix

Hello, and welcome.

I'm Phoenix, founder of Sacred Flame Wellness, Reiki Master, and Ordained Minister.

I have always been drawn to connection—to people, to community, and to the deeper threads that weave meaning through our lives. Whether supporting individuals through healing and restoration or holding sacred space during life's most meaningful transitions, I have long felt called to create experiences rooted in presence, honoring intention, and nurturing connection.

Over time, I began to recognize that some of the most profound healing occurs when we feel connected: to ourselves, to others, to the world around us, and to something greater than ourselves.

As I continued on my own journey of growth and self-discovery, Reiki entered my life and transformed the way I understand healing, balance, and well-being. Through Reiki, I experienced a deeper connection to the Universe and the profound healing that can emerge when we remember that we are not separate from the energy that surrounds and sustains us.

What began as a personal experience transformed the way I move through the world, deepening my trust in the healing power of connection.

Like many meaningful things, Sacred Flame Wellness emerged gradually. What began as a seed was nurtured over time through personal growth, a deepening connection with the Universe, and a growing awareness that the healing, wisdom, and guidance we seek are often found when we reconnect with ourselves and something greater than ourselves.

That same calling also guides my work as an ordained minister. Through ceremonies and celebrations, I have the privilege of holding sacred space during meaningful life transitions and helping people tell their stories in a way that reflects the depth, beauty, and authenticity of who they are.

The name Sacred Flame reflects a belief that within each of us exists a deeper truth and an enduring connection to the Universe. At times we feel deeply connected to both. At others, we may lose sight of them and feel small, disconnected, or uncertain. Yet they remain—waiting to be tended, nurtured, and remembered.

Through Reiki, intuitive energy work, and sacred ceremonies, I support individuals in healing, celebrating meaningful milestones, and deepening their connection with themselves and the world around them. Whether you are navigating stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, spiritual exploration, honoring a meaningful milestone, or simply feeling called to reconnect with your inner wisdom, you are welcome here.

I believe that when we are fully present, approach ourselves and our experiences with intention and authenticity, and nurture meaningful connection, we open ourselves to healing, growth, and transformation. In that space, we can begin to hear the wisdom within, honor where we are, and reconnect with the strength, light, and wholeness that have been there all along.
